Merry Christmas!

I made the Bookworm's Dorset Apple Cake last night. It was delicious and just the thing to get us through a long December night! I doubled the recipe and baked it in a tube pan. Not much left after supper though and totally gone by bedtime! It was such a beautiful golden color that I think next time I will add dried cranberries instead of raisins (sultanas).
